Rental Accommodation Notes
General
- Both apartments are air-conditioned.
- Bedding and towels are changed weekly.
Accessibility
- Due to the steps around the properties, they are unsuitable for the disabled or infirm.
Outside
- As well as their private terraces, the apartments share a large terrace with Barbecue area and table, a swimming pool (approximately 32 m2) and a sun terrace with spectacular views.
Coast/Beach
- The nearest beaches are around Tivat, about a 5 minute drive.
- Jaz beach, made famous by Madonna and the Rolling Stones is the nearest sandy beach at 10 minutes drive away.
- The Kotor Fjord, with many small beaches and jettys, is also 10 minutes drive through the Vrmac tunnel.
Travel
- Tivat airport is about 10 minutes drive.
- Dubrovnik airport in Croatia is about 1 1/2 hours, and is served by many airlines including Thomsonfly, Easyjet, British Airways and Sky Europe.
- We have a deal with a car hire company at Dubrovnik airport giving our guests a 20% discount on their prices.
Distances
- Tivat - 10 minutes drive.
- Kotor and the Kotor Fjord - 10 minutes drive.
- Budva - About 30 minutes by car.
- Cetinje - Approximately 50km.
- Lovcen National Park - Approximately 40km.
Further Details
- There is a shop in the village for all basic provisions.
- Two new supermarkets have opened 5 minutes drive away, with a large selection of food and drinks, including western brands and a deli counter.
- There are many banks in Tivat, with cash machines, along with many other amenities.
- We have arranged a site manager who can offer you additional services, such as pre-arrival shopping, baby sitting and cooking (for a fee).
Booking Notes
- On booking a 20% holding deposit is required, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
